How often does the Process screen refresh? The Process screen checks every 5 minutes or so to see if there are any new things to be made at that process, so there may be a delayHow often does the Process screen refresh? of a few minutes between adding an order to the system and your workshop being notified.  The screens don't automatically reload, just so that it doesn't confuse anyone working off the screens. Instead, it will display a notification if there are new items to load and tell the user to click the 'refresh' button to reload the screen when they want.

How do I adjust font size on process screen? We often get told that the text on the Process screen in our user's workshop is too small to be seen at a distance. We try to keep things as simple as possible, and this means avoiding un-necessary options. There is no option to increase the font size within Factory Superstar itself, but it has been designed so that when you zoom in on the page the text will get bigger and the table will get less padded. So ++just zoom in on the browser you use to display Factory Superstar, and it will get bigger and adjust itself.++
